Estimates and orders

Online prices are estimates until GoCMYK confirms specifications, artwork, compliance, postage, freight, availability, and production timing. Submitted work may be placed on hold when information, approval, or payment is missing.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for authorization to use submitted artwork and data, the accuracy of mailing lists, and compliance with campaign, disclaimer, copyright, privacy, and postal requirements.

Proofs and production

Approval authorizes production of the identified proof version. Changes after approval may affect price and schedule. Estimated mail-drop and delivery dates are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits, account billing, taxes, postage, freight, credits, and refunds are governed by the confirmed order and applicable account agreement.
